From the moment I pulled in to the service center, I was treated with respect and courtesy. The process was fully explained to me step by step by my advisor who maintained communication with me throughout the repair process. After my previous experience with another dealer in town, this was a very welcome change and what I have typically come to expect from a GM dealership,
I came in because my truck is making noise and something is lose. I was told that nothing can be done since it’s an oil change and it’s not going to the diesel shop. I think safety precautions should have been taken to look to see what could have been lose. My diesel DAP wasn’t topped off, it says my wheels tire pressure were set at 35lbs and it’s all over the place. Neither were checked at all. Poor rushed job. My service advisor Benni was informative and nice. That’s the only thing that was ok from my experience.
