Today, 24/03/2026 I took my car to Findlay Chevrolet on Rainbow for an inspection. I had a slight gasoline smell, and the windshield had a chip that needed replacement. Mr. David helped me—he was very professional and supportive. He promised that my car would be taken care of promptly, out of the sun, and thoroughly inspected. Staff was friendly and efficient. Work was completed timely and my advisor kept me informed of recommended work noted by the technician. Had all work completed within the same day. Picked up was a breeze.
It was a good interaction with the service advisor, I was able to get an appointment quickly but it took over 3 hours for an oil change. It was advised to get a balance as well, which I did, as we had a long drive coming up in the next week. However, when I received the car back it came up with an error that it couldn't read one of the tire sensors.
