Took my girls in for a few piercings and throughly enjoyed our customer service. The girl was professional and talked us through each step and made sure we were 100% satisfied before the piercing even took place. I wanted my industrial done however my ear didn’t curve enough and I respected that the piercer was knowledgeable enough to tell me instead of just taking my money and “making it work” we can’t all have the same things even if we want them.
Ever since I was 14, I’ve been getting piercings at this location and this location only. Friendly, quick, and helpful for each of my piercings! Only issue I’ve ever had was a slightly crooked piercing but mistakes happen and it is what it is. Although places around here are cheaper, i don’t trust a place that charges $10 for piercings (sorry not sorry!) this place is amazing and the collection of jewelry is large compared to others around the area as well. I have gotten a few of my piercings done here (daith, tragi and industrial). I go to the Chesapeake Location and have always had really good service with them. I would refer this location to everyone!
Both of my daughters (and myself) have gotten our piercings at Finders Keepers (both locations). Fabulous staff and they are always attentive. Could not imagine getting piercings anywhere else! Highly recommended!
I didn't have a problem when I went to Finders Keepers when they were in Sams Circle the girl that did my industrial is very sweet to me she move to the the janaf shopping center I think her name was Jen she was very sweet and she did a couple other piercings on me

horrible customer service from Michelle at Janaf, no longer will patronize at this establishment. Black dollars matter!
Kat was an amazing piercing artist, she was clean and kept me feeling comfortable the entire time. Thank you so much for the tounge re pierce. Love love love. Will definitely be back!
I got my tragus pierced by Dak at the chesapeake finders keepers today and I loveeee it!! looks super good and he did a great job! He also changed out my rook and it was smooth and painless so thank you!! Definitely recommend:)
