Finder's Keepers was the worst property management company I have ever dealt with in Bryan/College Station. The staff is not friendly or professional. When you move out they will charge you for a ton of upgrades they want to make on your apartment, things you did not break- and take the money out of your deposit. Even if you take great care of your place and leave it in same/better shape when you move out, plan on getting only about 20% of your deposit back.
