Sent the wrong part, not even close to what I ordered. They said they would send correct, 2 weeks ago, still not here! I will not do business with these people again!
Image appears of a product, replacement seat foam in my case, that is a exact match to what I was looking for but at a lower price. I order it and receive something completely different. Refund less 20% was offered but freight was more than the part even though they shipped a completely incorrect part. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AND READ MY COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
This company sells knowingly that there is no product...It's fraud company. After 5 days send me message, we don't have???,we can't contact??? Stay away from finditparts..
Not good people to do buisness with sold me a air compressor arrived fast had it installed a month later on my truck all to find out it didn't work straight out of the box called an was told to wait after new year's manufacturer closed so I did.called back got a different person on phone who told me they were getting alot calls about that same part an part number. BUYER BEWARE....Ordered parts from this company on a Thursday the expected ship date was Friday. On Monday no updates were made to my tracking so I submitted a tracking request. They said that it would not ship until Tuesday. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone they said that there was nothing that they could do. I asked for a shipping upgrade and the response I received was "if you pay for it". I said I wouldn't order from the company again and the response I received to that was "that's ok". Slow customer service, stupid restocking 20% fee for returned part, after u paying shipping on both end, even it was their fault, bad descpription on qty on deal. Save ypur money and time!
