Finck & Perras has been a superlative provider for us for many years. Super kind, informed, and responsive to our ever changing business insurance needs.
I have always had good results with Finck & Perras. After drifting away from them for business reasons, I asked Patrick for a quote on homeowner's insurance. After I bundled my auto with my home, I actually saved quite a bit, returning to their agency in 2024. Plus you cannot beat their customer service. I hear stories about others trying to reach their insurance company -- luckily I will not have to put up with that with F & P.
Finck & Perras was terrific -- first, in finding a policy for a historic home, and then when an insurance inspector arrived to say that an old farm building was putting that policy in jeopardy. Sam Mason was a calm, knowledgable navigator and guide. These days, I value even more the personalized, professional service that this company offers. I'm still in my insured home with a new barn and could not recommend F&P more highly!
We loved how personable and helpful Beth and other reps were in our insurance application and setup process.
I always get personal care from a human regarding my questions and claims without annoying phone trees and automated response assistants.
