Left work early to complete bank paperwork and receive call while at the bank telling me the truck sold. Horrible customer service wouldn’t trust them selling me a bicycle.

The dealership was fantastic on all counts. They were responsive, helped me get a great deal on a truck, helped me find the best deal on my trade in, processed financing, honored a low online price, and went and picked me up some lunch while they detailed the truck. They even had a painter on site to fix any dings and leave the truck pristine. I could not have wished for a better experience.

My husband and i have not been refunded our $500 deposit, Emilio Diaz said is would be done in 2-3 Business days, that was on Monday. He never provided ANY type of receipt and he and his sales men refuse to answer our calls or call us back. It is a shady service with less than quality salesmen involved.
