I would give this appraisal management company(AMC) zero stars if I could. I’ve been in the business for 20 years and do work for over 100 AMC’s, and FASI is by far the worst. If you are an appraiser and want to be paid on time, this is not the company to do work for! They pay over 60 days late and you have to fight to get your money that you worked hard for. I was fortunate, they needed a recertification of value for an older appraisal. At that point they owed me $3k in overdue appraisal fees. I used the re-cert as leverage... read more
