I've never been a patient but apparently my Dermatologist used them for a biopsy. Aetna refused their claim so a year later they started sending me a bill hounding me for an office visit copay. They should be contacting Aetna, not me.
This company is horrendously organized and ill-equipped to handle their billing. We received a negative credit report from a collection company for a bill of $66.87 more than 18 months after the service. We received NO reminders of this bill which was obviously overlooked on our part. It's not the amount or question about service, it's the lack of communication from Finan. This is not the only time this company has mis-communicated with us. If I could give a zero rating, I would do so.
