I was charged $30 for a basic men's haircut. When I asked why the price was higher than expected, I was told it was because I have long hair. However, the haircut took about the same amount of time as a typical men's haircut. I felt the additional charge was not clearly explained beforehand and was not justified by the service provided. Customers should be informed of any extra fees before the haircut begins.
Rosy is the manager and she is very good and gives beautiful haircuts to my daughter.
