Great Cakes but service is another thing. The cakes here are great. The service can leave something to be desired. But we always order cakes here for birthdays and special occassions since they are great. Taste very much like Sweet Lady Jane in LA but not as sweet. Cakes are 5 stars and service is 1 star so over all 3-4 stars. But Vietnamese places are not too known for service so you come to expect that. I wonder why?
Fantastic looking cakes, but customer service is really bad. I visited the bakery on 6/2. First of all, they don't have a lot of selections on display. Secondly, the bathroom odor was unbearable. And to kick it off, the person who is in charge of the wedding cake was totally rude. Overall, Vietnamese service is nothing to write home about, but this lady attitude brings "Rudeness" to the next level. Very unprofessional. I would never buy or refer anyone to this bakery.
