Since I had known Tony Merzlak for 35 years I trusted him with my project to have new flooring installed into my home. I paid him $6800 as a deposit March 2, 2022. Here we are 9 months later and he has made numerous promises since April to have them installed. Here I now sit, November 22 asking for my flooring as I have someone else that has a spot on their calendar to do what he has not been able to do for 9 months.
