I chose to work with these individuals to have new tiles in our kitchen and bathroom because it appeared they were genuinely eager to secure our business. However, I now realize I should have intervened immediately when they began using tools from my garage without seeking my permission. The workmanship quality left much to be desired, as my cabinets suffered significant damage.
