Opened in 1993, The Final Approach is Milwaukee’s favorite casual family-owed restaurant, offering eclectic American cuisine and an atmosphere of warm hospitality. Our open concept is roomy and comfortable with the bar area being able to order from the menu. There is also a sunroom open all year with an outside patio area for seasonal dinning. All with gentle lighting which contributes to an intimate and contemporary feel.

The food is always good here. And there is this waitress named Lillian, She is the best. I suggest you request her when you go there.
Absolutely the best fish fry I've had hands down!! The bus boy was not very kind but the lady at the front desk overheard it and immediately rectified the issue!! Bloody Mary's were huge and a meal in itself. Next time I will not get all you can eat though. The first portion is so big I couldn't finish that. I didn't even touch my bread and I love bread!! Definitely will be going back even if it is pretty far from where we live. Definitely worth the trip!!
We had dinner there last night. First time in a long time! Food, service and atmosphere was great! Very festive for the Holidays. We will go back!
Beer battered cod was plentiful and crispy. Shrimp wrapped with tilapia served with angel hair pasta in a light alfredo was very tasty. Enough left over for another meal. Waitress was friendly and very attentive!! Old fashioned vibe. We will go again!!
Great all you can eat fish fry, and very attentive wait staff ! They also have a pretty good beer selection and make great Bloody Mary’s !
Birthday lunch with Carole and Lianna (who didn't eat but enjoyed the ambiance). Excellent bloody mary & chaser for both of us, entrees were hot and tasty. Our waitress was attentive and friendly.
