Easily one of the best Japanese restaurants in Knoxville! The sushi is incredibly fresh, and their creative specialty rolls truly set them apart from the typical sushi spot. The Smoked Brisket Udon is absolutely phenomenal—it’s a must-try. And whatever you do, don’t skip the house-made habanero paste for your ramen. It adds the perfect kick and takes every bowl to another level. You’ll be hooked after the first bite!
Absolutely worst experience. I hate wasting food and yet I cannot take another bite. Takes an hour to have our orders put on the table. The noodle (I refuse to call it ramen!) is tasteless, instant ramen tastes better than this. Sashimi is not supposed to be cooked!

We have been coming here for years! Absolutely the best and highest quality sushi in Knoxville! The fish is so fresh, and the taste is amazing! On top of the food being excellent, we have always had the best service here! We love Wendell and the crew at FinTwo! We will forever be customers!
