FRAUD!!! They take money off deposits and never ship the camera
This I believe is my first online review for a business. After 25 years in production, I decided to make my first order from filmtools for an item they listed was in stock and ready to ship. When emailing after order (after noticing they never sent a tracking number) I received notification that the item was not in stock. Had I not emailed, who knows how long they would’ve let this joke of a fulfillment go on. Guarantee that you can not find better service anywhere else. Tommy was amazing, and helped me build out a rig. Great equipment, and even greater service. Will definitely be back!
