This I believe is my first online review for a business. After 25 years in production, I decided to make my first order from filmtools for an item they listed was in stock and ready to ship. When emailing after order (after noticing they never sent a tracking number) I received notification that the item was not in stock. Had I not emailed, who knows how long they would’ve let this joke of a fulfillment go on. BEWARE CANON G7x lovers I pre-ordered the Canon G7X Mark III from this store, and a two days later they emailed me saying it’s in high demand with no estimated restock date. They encouraged me to cancel the order so that they can charge you a 5% cancellation fee. It honestly a dirty way to make money off canceled orders. I AM TAKING A LEGAL ACTON AGAINST THEM, IF YOU ARE FACING THE SAME ISSUE join me on reddit. They are about to go out of business
