Apartments with shared amenities is a hard thing to manage, but this establishment has left the "management" entirely up to tenants resulting in basically unusable restrooms, showers and kitchens. In addition, many tenants smoke marijuana non-stop, turning the entire complex into a weed-smelling community, even if you, your room and your clothes are not taking part in it. Last summer I signed up for a 1 year lease at Fillmore Inn. I am glad to sad I won't be coming back. Here's a short list of everything harmful that I've experienced since moving there. -black mold in the bathrooms -neighbors harboring the communal space with their stuff -same neighbors fighting a lot (its pretty toxic) -SAME neighbors smoking on the premises, and leaving the buds underneath their welcome mat. It's a liveable place with heating.
Bunch of Maintenance interruptions, electrical, water and landscaping in the mornings. Heater would give out in the winter
