While I don’t mind living here, I don’t agree with how they split utilities amongst all residents. There’s absolutely no reason a STUDIO apartment (which I never turn on air conditioning, I don’t watch tv and I don’t leave lights on) utilities should be $150+ a month. I just moved in in June and that alone makes me not want to renew next year The apartments are outdated and old. I just moved into a studio here this week and I want to say a massive massive thank you to Brianna for all of her help. I needed to leave my last apartment fairly quickly due to some personal reasons and she was super receptive and understanding of my situation and did everything she could to help me out. I signed the lease and had the keys to the studio within the first 3 days.
