WORST service I have ever had-- get better at Mc donalds -not saying much is it. was at a wedding dinner on 12/13/2014 and when we were leaving the SALAD plates were still on the tables from other wedding guests granted it was a bigger group of people, but we should have seen the waitress at least once or twice other than to bring out the food to a side table would never go back food was not good enough to be forgotten about after all isn't the customers that pay the bills -pretty sad

Very good pizza, but horrible service and wait staff is rude, offensive and will rip you off. I went to Filippos on one occasion when there were only a few customers, yet had to wait forever for service. When the waitress finally arrived with the menu, she had an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. She immediately asked if we wanted to order drinks at which time we said “Just water” to which she rolled her eyes and responded in a perplexed manner “Just water?”, as if we were too cheap to buy drinks. Our family has gotten pizza from here for over 8 years! Love the pizza! The sauce and crust are amazing, it is a little greasy though! What pizza isn't though, right?

I agree with Stay Away – I gave one star because I couldn't rate it lower. We called to make a reservation for 2 on Saturday and were told they didn't take reservations for less than 4. So I asked how long was the wait and was told around 10 minutes. We live 5 miles away so we went, put in our name and waited in the bar. 35 minutes later, after watching the hostess seat three couples who were not waiting I asked, when do we get seated? Stay Away – Pizza was ok but we ordered a half sausage and half pepperoni and was charged an extra 5.00 for an extra topping. When I confronted the waitress about his mistake she corrected me and said every additional ingrediant is added to the cost . No wonder the place was nearly empty at dinnertime.

THE BESTEST RESTAURANT! – THEIR FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! ALL OF IT... FROM THE LASAGNA AND BIGGEST MEATBALL SANDWICH I HAVE EVER SEEN, TO THEIR VERY TASTY AND EXCELLENT PIZZA! THIS IS THE "ONLY" ITALIAN RESTAURANT ANYONE SHOULD GO TO! WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS FOR OVER 32 YEARS, WHEN THEY STARTED OUT ON 76TH AND BECHER AND THEN HAD TO MOVE TO A BIGGER LOCATION AT 69TH AND LINCOLN AVENUE. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Excellent Pasta – My wife and I tried Filippo's at a friends recommendation and are glad we did! It is local place that doesn't have a flashy look to it but the food is great and portions huge. We were seated immediately and our server did a great job. We usually don't order appetizers but heard the Sicilian garlic bread was good and it was exceptional. Great food!!!!love it – I thought the food was delicious and if you are in the west allis area you must check out Filippo's. They have great service and great food, I love it.
