Great Experience just a classic restaurant. The food is pretty good. Can find better elsewhere, but the deli and the experience is great. Plan on waiting in a very long, but moderately fast moving line.
Excellent food, family oriented Fillipis pizza is one of the best if not the best pizzarias in San Diego. It is affordable and is family friendly. Fillipis is an excellent place to hang out with friends and have drinks, or take the family for authentic Iltalian food.
Best Pizza This is my favorite pizza place anywhere! I used to think Round Table Pizza was the bomb, but this place is so much better.
Home away from home! I have been going to Fillipi's since I was a teenager, now my daughter is a teenager and she loves it even more so. Atmosphere is beautiful and the employees are outstanding! Little Italy has grown soooo much!
Cool pizza place to eat at I came here with a group of friends. We all shared a couple pizzas and a bottle of wine and ended up having a great time. It's definitely something I would plan to do again in the near future. There are so many great pizza places out there, this is one to add near the top of the list.

Filippi's Pizza Grotto GREAT I thought the food was great the place does not have the fancy atmosphere that some places charge you for but the Food looked great, smelled great and most of all tasted GREAT. The line to get a table was out the door on a Thursday Night. Best place in town I would highly recommend you go at least once. Family owned felt like I stepped into Italy.

I thought that I would not be able tp taste that beautiful sauce ever again...when I lived in the Southbay area my family would frequent the restaurant in Chula Vista...my kiddos crave your pizza..me too ..and the price is always right..thanks again!!!!
