The worst Endocrinology office I could have chosen as a Diabetic .0/10 do not recommend. You will not feel respected, you will be talked down to, APRNs who will be referred to as "doctors", (which they are NOT because "doctors" are MDs and DOs; not APRNs.) You will be treated like you are a burden, talked down to like you are stupid, and probably insulted; but they'll try to act like they aren't doing it. The most rude and dismissive doctor I have ever seen. Several reviews I've seen have said the same thing and I have decided to leave one as well. He constantly acts like you're wasting his time and dismisses you instantly. He will straight up insult you and call you dumb. Avoid visiting this doctor at all costs. I highly recommend to never visit Dr Fili, you're better off finding another endocrinologist who is respectful, kind, and well-informed.
I felt Dr was dismissive and also claimed other mds I have seen over the past 10 year are ‘wrong’ asked me why I am seeing them? Also not willing to discuss what treatment ot medicine would work in my case with the other systems that I am being medicated for I have never left an office on verge of tears before but today I did
Worse experience ever, with nurse practitioner Monica. Hope they adjust her attitude and show more professionalism towards their patients. Sad to say the least!
