The most rude and dismissive doctor I have ever seen. Several reviews I've seen have said the same thing and I have decided to leave one as well. He constantly acts like you're wasting his time and dismisses you instantly. He will straight up insult you and call you dumb. Avoid visiting this doctor at all costs. I highly recommend to never visit Dr Fili, you're better off finding another endocrinologist who is respectful, kind, and well-informed.
I felt Dr was dismissive and also claimed other mds I have seen over the past 10 year are ‘wrong’ asked me why I am seeing them? Worse experience ever, with nurse practitioner Monica. Hope they adjust her attitude and show more professionalism towards their patients. Sad to say the least!
Dr. Fili is a good doctor, but the front desk staff are the worst. To get a whole of the APRNs (who call themselves Doctors), you must call at least 20 times! You will hear the same record each time: "We are sorry to keep you waiting." After 5 minutes, you will listen to another record that they are sorry but can't help you at the time.
