Lin is best...very professional and welcoming...she is very attentive to her patients and explain every process and concerns with her patients...the best hygienist in Preferred Dental...love her.

For many years, I dreaded going to the dentist. ANY dentist, because of bad childhood and other experiences. But it is different at Preferred Dental. Staff is professional but personal and reassuring in their work and their interaction with patients, no matter how anxious. It feels like a collaboration. I would recommend it for anyone and everyone.
She gives me great care and detailed directions on how to imrove cleaning.

I had two appointments scheduled, a 12:15pm and a 12:30pm. However, I arrived to the appointments early, around 9:30am. I decided to speak with them to see if they were able to accommodate me earlier than my initially scheduled appointments. It took some calling and moving things around, but to my surprise they were able to accommodate both my appointments for earlier! This is one of the many reasons I enjoy this office.
