My hygienist was so thorough, professional and competent. She was not in a hurry and took time to explain the condition and procedures. The doctor was also very good. I just forgot their names and would appreciate it if you inform me of their names. Thanks.
I always received excellent customer service and patient care when I visit Preferred Dental Care. Yesterday's visit for my quarterly cleaning was no exception.
I was scheduled an emergency appointment very quickly. The day of my appointment I was 20 minutes late because I couldn't get out of work early and the doctor waited for me.
As per usual the staff at Preferred Dental goes above and above with their consideration and customer service. I arrived at my appointment, I thought, right on time. However I was a week early. The front desk immeadiatly checked to see if I could be accomodated and I was. The dental hygenist was new to me as was the tech and both made me feel at home. As always it was a pleasant visit. I have been going to you guys for years and have to say that I see myself as being a lifetime patient. as long as I have teeth, you guys will be the place to visit. Always professional and great customer care.
As usual, Dr. Kamdar and his crack team expertly diagnosed my dental situation and came up with the most effective treatment and payment plan. Excellent care.
Dr. Kamdar, as usual was caring, kindly and a master at his profession. Never in my 72 years and many visits to Dentists have I met a dentist as good as he, nor his friendly and professional staff.
i appreciate your feed back on my particular situation. they were not hasty to lead me into root canal therapy, but were patient to observe. which was what i was wanting to hear. thank you again
