They were very good and indeed most people with my experience would give five stars. I particularly liked the staff who were very friendly and sympathetic. The dentist I dealt with was also very careful and competent.
Irene has been my hygienist for a long while and is always very professional and helpful!
I arrived on time, was greeted by a friendly receptionist, was in the chair in less than 5 minutes after exchanging greetings with Dr. Kamdar. Irene explained the deep cleaning I was to receive and did it. She cleaned my denture. We made my next appointment and I left. Who could ask for anything more?
As always, greeted with warm and couteous smiles. Took my jacket off, and sat for about seven seconds until my name was called. Told exactly what was going to be done prior to it commencing. And of course, every process was quick and effective, as well as seamless transitions to the next. I had a cleaning and exam to be exact. I will be returning, to keep my glee on.
I am always pleased with my cleaning at Preferred Dental Care. My hygienist is always thorough and always has helpful suggestions in maintaining my oral hygiene. Due to my work schedule I had to reschedule several times prior to my appointment and I must say that they worked with me so that it was a stress free experience. I truly appreciated that.
I had a dental emergency (broken tooth). PDC took care of me right away. The facility is very clean and the staff courteous/ helpful. The implant looks great and the follow up care excellent. Especially the cleaning. THANK YOU !!
