I have been going to Preferred Dental care in Chelsea for over 5 years. They have always been great at taking care of my teeth, and found ways to help me take care of the payments. Even when I’ve fallen off the wagon, they were patient and caring, and provided me with the best financial plan tailored to my needs and what I could afford. I highly recommend this dentist office. The professionals and their assistants work great together
The receptionists have always been really really nice to me. Whether on the phone or in person, they always greet me with politeness and even with a smile. I rarely have to wait too long to see my dentist, and the process of paying for the visit is always done effectively. I am very happy with the service I receive from this office and I wish that everyone there has an excellent day. Thank you for such great customer service.
Julie was excellent! I prefer to schedule my appointments with her because she is so professional and attentive. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Kumar has been my dentist for 30 yrs. He and his team at Preferred are professional, accomodating and always do a fine job, I have never had a complaint or bad experience with them. I would definitely recommend you give them a try.
