I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Filetti’s office! The front desk manager, Prestine, truly went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. Prestine took the time to follow through on everything and made sure all of my concerns were taken care of. When I was in labor and she got there to deliver my son,she was very rude to me saying your not pushing,but right after she was saying that my son came all the way out,but when I was screaming cause I didn't have a epidural or pain meds,she said to me "are u done" and also,she kept calling me the wrong name after I corrected her over and over. Excellent doctor. Have been seeing her for almost 5 years and she is always very caring and professional.
If I sat still and thought really hard for 365 days, nonstop I wouldn't be able to come up with one tiny negative thing to say about Dr. Filetti. As a high risk mom with extremely bad anxiety, she's was the greatest comfort during my pregnancy and even afterwards. She took her time to answer all of my many questions and constantly reassured me. She's a rare doctor, she actually cares. Truly cares. I can't recommend her enough.
