I’ve been to this salon several times, and unfortunately, each visit has been disappointing. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping my experience would improve, but my most recent appointment was the last straw. I just moved here and I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and have rarely had issues elsewhere. However, both times I saw Julie, she was extremely dismissive and rude.
