Ashley is an amazing technician! The level of cleanliness, care, and attention to detail was exceptional. Everything was properly sanitized, opening tools from sealed made me feel comfortable and confident. What impressed me most was the e-file technique. Extremely skilled, gentle, and precise — never rushed or aggressive. The cuticle work was incredibly clean, the shaping was perfect, and there was no discomfort or damage to the natural nail.
