Very talented Cardiologist, Dr Filbey was my husbands doctor after a cardiac arrest, then for 2.5 years following. He was always responsive to our needs, taking time to listen to issues, medication changes and side effects. We enjoyed having him for a doctor and will miss him.
Awesome doctor. I am still alive because of that man. There is none better!
