Plan Accordingly!!! If you're planning to replace your broken screen, you will need to make two trips! Per their policy the first trip is to pay the deposit and record the serial number. You will wait 3-5 days for the part to arrive at the shop then you will need to make a second trip to replace the broken screen. I live and hour away and this means I will have spent 4 hours in travel time to fix my broken phone plus the time it takes to replace the screen when the part arrives.
It takes a while for them to get to your ticket. But it is worth the wait. They helped me with my p.C and they said, I had messed up with the cables and they realigned it and they added a windows key for me. And also a hard drive, because I was missing it Really recommend this place for repairing your stuff.
