Me and my husband have purchased several vehicles from Fikes Chevrolet. We always use their service department and have always received outstanding service! Kudos to Fikes Chevrolet!!!
My husband and I took our mountaineer in to get fixed. Shannon did a great job. Not only was our vehicle repaired and running great, but the customer service was great. Fikes made sure we had transportation while our vehicle was being fixed. They have a very nice lobby with a big screen tv. The employees offered us something to drink while we waited in the lobby as well. Customer service seems to be have disappeared from many businesses but Shannon and all the employees at Fikes know the right way to get repeat customers!
