We worked with Eric Figurelle for purchasing our first house. A friend of ours referred him and he is an GREAT agent to work with. Something that I really appreciated was that he would point out both pros AND CONS about a house based on our needs and preference. I learned a lot from him while touring houses. Jennifer Hasson was absolutely top notch. We decided to sell sooner than planned and she was able to help us through the entire process. Providing tips on how best to stage for pictures and declutter to closing. She was professional and personable. She knew the area and the comps to help in pricing and listing the house. From beginning to end she provided the support we needed. She returned calls and answered questions with little turnaround time. I highly recommend Jennifer if you plan to buy or sell.
