If I could give a zero I would. Fred does not provide quality drawings, nor listen to customers and what they are looking for, thus wasting time and money. He does not have good customer service and at times was very rude. He took a very long time to answer and turn things around, and then would provide something completely different than what we had discussed, as if he didn't even listen at all.
