Dr Orta is the best doctor I’ve ever encountered. We moved a lot and we have seen 5+ pediatricians and Dr Orta is by far the most knowledgeable, patient, and personable. There is a new provider and I was nervous to see them but she was excellent. She explained my baby’s growth chart and listened very carefully about sleep training and weighed in without judgement or pressure. We are so lucky to have found Fig Health and feel grateful to be part of the FH family. Our daughter loves Dr. Orta. He is so caring, professional, explains all our questions thoroughly and honestly feel like family. Dr. Padilla is incredible and very attentive to all our questions and appointment inquiries. We switched to Fig pediatrics from another provider at 6 months - our child was experiencing illness after illness from daycare and we felt that he wasn't getting the proper care. Dr. Orta saw our son immediately the day after calling and we had a thorough appointment - after a few visits he was diagnosed with asthma - we now have a real plan that is preventative rather than reactive- proper care and a doctor who is always available for calls, visits and questions.
