This a no doubter! Food was fantatstic! You will never find a better gnocchi! Service was impeccable! It's very easy to tell that everyone that works there is passionate about the place and its food! Chef sent us out an extra recommended appetizer and it was fantastic. I can't enough great things about this place! I stay in hotels 4 nights a week and don't usually leave reviews. Leaps better than the other "famous" places in Charleston!
Our first time in Charleston and this restaurant came as a recommendation from one of our friends in NYC. The service, food, and presentation was simply amazing. In all of my travels, this is by far one of my favorites!
We finally made it to FIG and we were not disappointed. We sat at the bar and our party of three enjoyed everything we sampled. We look forward to another opportunity to enjoy FIG again. �
I had no trouble getting a reservation for a birthday dinner. We had the wreckfish and pork. Everything was amazing...including the service!
I have dined at FIG on many occasions and up till tonight the Portuguese fish stew was my favorite dish. Tonight I had wine and an appetizer but what an appetizer! The chicken meatballs with pumpkin bechamel sauce over spatzel with almonds and dates was fabulous! It was a perfect10!
After many failed attempts to get reservations over the years we finally got the opportunity to dine at FIG. They did not disappoint! From the front of the house to end of the meal it was impeccable! Jason our server was well versed in the menu and provided us with the knowledge to make some pretty terrific choices. This is one of my top pics for Charleston dining, so worth the wait! The Cottage Cheese and eggplant appetizer was awesome as was the Wreckfish Entree. Bravo to the chef and his staff no detail missed.
Sooo good. Ricotta and eggplant appetizee. Pound cake dessert. Cornbreaded fish.
