Office management is great, very helpful and transparent. Answered or helped with all my questions and concerns throughout my lease.
Disregard any old reviews. This is a different complex. Moved here 11 mths ago. Got a newly renovated apartment that is a delight, with a mountain & Strip view. The maintenance staff has had turnovers, unfortunately losing one of the best maintenance workers, Brian, I've ever met. But the new guy is diligent & takes care of the property correctly. They don't pick up dog poop frequently, although they do charge you for outside maintenance and they claim the office is open on Saturdays, even though it is always closed.
