Horrible service today. Keeps going down hill ever since the two branches combined. Got in and out of my other two banks in less than 10 minutes. Had more things to do, other than change my address. All I had to do here was change my address and waited 40 minutes. Stood on line almost 10 minutes to be told to sit and wait for someone to come help me. Left without it being done because no one came. Getting my construction loan somewhere else now.
