Get customer service reps that know what they are doing. Why do you open another dispute case when the first has NOT be taken care of!!!!!!!
Poor customer service. After paying more than 4 times the minimum mortgage payment each month they had the audacity to send a notice of short payment and demand to pay more. No one gets basic math at this institution!
I don't have to deal with the bull$h!t you guys pull with chase bank ! They actually credit your account in a timely manner if there is an issue! not days later ! 30 min of excuses by your employees on the phone ! Transferring all my banking to chase or bank of America opening up a half mile away !
I have my home loan ,liss than 1 of my checks will cover and through these low life bankers, and I've tried too stay with them but they wont give me a 20,000. loan for a new vehicle and i make enough money, with no other debt besides basic utilities. fu 53 I know they could care less. I work to hard to not get my car because I pay cash and don't live off their credit BS

Just got off the phone with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn. They charge ridiculous fees at various dates. No explanation why it is here, But not all these other times. Never do business with the folks. They are as crooked as a dogs hind leg.
