Numerous times of personal information being lost. They said it was uploaded but they weren't able to find. Happened locally and with Cleveland.
While I would like to note every single person I have encountered is very kind and helpful, I'd like to give a special shout out to Trina. She always goes above and beyond and is exceptionally friendly and truly gets to know the people coming in the branch. I recently got a new job that banks with 5/3 and she has helped make the transition to my new store a great one by being so helpful and kind.
Called to see if I had an account there. The lady who answered was rude and no help. Definitely sounded like she didn’t want to be working. (So glad I don’t bank there anymore) Ended up calling the branch in Florida where I opened the acct originally. Should’ve just called there first because they were able to help me out without having to jump through hoops.
