STAY AWAY!!! Horrible customer service. They put holds on cashier's checks! I have my home loan with them and they treat me like a stranger! I have to get checks from other banks cashed at other banks and then take the money to fifth third. Otherwise, they put ridiculous holds on the checks. Not friendly.
