I’ve been dealing with issues at this Fifth Third location for several years now. The ATM frequently does not accept checks and seems to malfunction far too often, making simple deposits unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. It’s extremely frustrating to go out of your way only to leave without being able to complete basic banking tasks. Understaffed. Waited in a long line to be helped, only to be told to get out of line because my request was to order foreign currency. They then helped other people before me, and it wasn't even because a different employee had to help me - the same teller did that told me to get out of line. By the time Fifth Third charges you shipping on top of the currency rate that they're already making a profit on, you might as well get ripped off by an airport machine and save yourself the time of dealing with this useless branch.
