Very nice bank on the inside just different from the other 5th/3rds I go in, staff was friendly
This branch is terrible but the bank overall is equally as awful. Their systems are constantly down so they almost always seem to be functioning at 50%. Basic functions like cashing checks are beyond their scope also. I’ve been cashing checks all season written out to me AND my business name which has allowed me to cash them from my personal account. Would’ve been five stars if not for the bank teller. My husband and I opened an account with Sam and he was awesome! Cannot recommend him enough!!!! I wish I would’ve caught this woman’s name, but she was working the front desk at about 1:30pm Nov 4th, 2024. We went to make a cash deposit with some wedding cash and AFTER she had put it through the machine, she asked how much I handed her. Went in to cash my check from work. My company banks with this bank. They tried to sell me on opening an account while charging me 10% to cash my check. Yeah this does not make me want to open an account.
