I have known Jason for a while, and absolutely appreciate all of his input, reccomendation's, and guidance. Truly a professional banker, personable, and reputable.
Customer 5 years no problems. Had another problem with a bad mortgage with another bank.got my asset's frozen at fifth third and they turned over my checking acct which was my VA disability money. Supposedly government protected funds.said nothing they can do. I closed all accounts there.would not recommend using this bank

I have been banking with this branch of Fifth Third bank for about 3 years. The employees are always courteous, prompt, and freindly. I am very pleased having chosen Fifth Third for my business banking needs. I shopped around for a credit card merchant service for over a year, and after much research, I chose Fifth Third for this as well. I love fifth third! They are always so so friendly when I walk in and are so helpful! The service is amazing.
This bank sucks they will steal your money and they going to tell we have to follow a policy even if they make a mistake you're full of responsible they will hold you to a signature they stole $300 for me on fees which I was never told and corporate won't help you so don't waste your time and find another bank Fifth Third you suck
