Just got off the phone with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn. They charge ridiculous fees at various dates. No explanation why it is here, But not all these other times. Never do business with the folks. They are as crooked as a dogs hind leg.
I am extremely disappointed and upset with the "system error" at Fifth Third Bank that caused a check for $550 to be debited as over $3000 from my account, triggering an overdraft fee AND wiping out my savings account ! The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, but she explained that it will take at least 1 business day before I can access any my checking or savings. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I can ensure you I will be taking my business (and my equity line) elsewhere once this matter is resolved.
After TWO days of trying to speak to someone in the Fountain Square office, I still cannot get through to them. I dial the number posted online 513-579-5203 and given to me by a branch, and I get routed out to the call center or another branch office. Even they cannot get anyone to pick up the phone at the Fountain Square office!I have tried 8 times in two days!!! I have a question that only someone at the branch can answer. This is the worst bank i have ever done business with. It’s always something EVERY SINGLE month. THEIR MISTAKES. I will NEVER do business with Fifth Third Bank again and I will make sure that nobody I know does either. The employees there screw us over month after month!
Terrible service from their HQ. Can't not even get the VP to respond to a letter. I am rating one star because there is not a minus star and I cannot post without clicking on a star.
By far the worst bank in America. If negative star ratings were a thing, 5th Third bank would get a negative 5. My mother and I have been trying to reach customer service and upper management with our car loan issues, and everyone we have spoke to is useless. Everyone has giving us false information and the superiors will be getting back to us which they haven't. Thank you for robbing My mother and I blindly.
I am going to have to cancel my accounts. They have been bouncing my daughters account for almost a month now. I canceled the bill pay and yet there still drawing from it. Maybe the attorney general would like to get involved since clearly they do not know what there doing.
Had multiple accounts over the last 16 years but when I get locked out of the account they have to speak with my husband every time! I'm on the account too. He gave permission once for me to access the account that should be enough. Plus the hoops I have to jump through when I go in to our local branch to do anything. I'm tired of being treated like a damn criminal, when I have never done anything wrong!!
