Staff was very helpful.
Grace, the pregnant bank teller was extremely rude and unprofessional. She received the caucasian person in front of me in a friendly manner. When it was my turn her to assist me, a Hispanic woman. Her demeanor changed completely. She was rude and unresponsive and rolled her eyes at me almost the entire time. Not a good first impression as I opened my account. Do better Grace, And please teach your child some manners.

This 5th3rd Franklin St branch deliberately hands out damaged and/or Canadian quarters and won't accept them for return. We need quarters to do laundry in our apartment complex. The machines won't take fraudulent quarters. So my wife and I, after over 25 years, are going to take our direct deposits to another local bank or credit union. It's a sad day for customer service! We know we're small potatoes to 5th3rd, but principle still matters to us!
If there was a way i could leave 0 stars i could !! The lady with the short blonde hair and glasses was very rude !! I came to break down bills which i came 3 times already before and she did not allow me to do that because i didnt have an account or cash an check there but she did it 2 times already!! then she asked me what was it for as if that was her business????? 2 times at that !!!!
