I banked here for about a year and had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and has always assisted me with any transactions or account maintenance in a timely manner. To be honest the only reason I’m leaving is because there’s another institution much closer to me that’s just more convenient for my personal needs. If it ever makes sense for me to bank with 5/3 again I absolutely will.
My first experience with fifth third. Opened an account online, needed to make a change to account. Came in at 9:30am teller didn’t look up from her computer and said I’ll help who’s next. Not even a hello. Told her I needed to add a joint account owner, her reply you need to speak with a banker and they’re busy and in meetings. Okay great, well when can I meet with them? Staff was very helpful.
Grace, the pregnant bank teller was extremely rude and unprofessional. She received the caucasian person in front of me in a friendly manner. When it was my turn her to assist me, a Hispanic woman. Her demeanor changed completely. She was rude and unresponsive and rolled her eyes at me almost the entire time. Not a good first impression as I opened my account. Do better Grace, And please teach your child some manners.
Crystal has helped me for the second time now at this branch and she is absolutely amazing! Thanks again
