This 5th3rd Franklin St branch deliberately hands out damaged and/or Canadian quarters and won't accept them for return. We need quarters to do laundry in our apartment complex. The machines won't take fraudulent quarters. So my wife and I, after over 25 years, are going to take our direct deposits to another local bank or credit union. It's a sad day for customer service! We know we're small potatoes to 5th3rd, but principle still matters to us!
If there was a way i could leave 0 stars i could !! The lady with the short blonde hair and glasses was very rude !! I came to break down bills which i came 3 times already before and she did not allow me to do that because i didnt have an account or cash an check there but she did it 2 times already!! then she asked me what was it for as if that was her business????? 2 times at that !!!! There is a reason this bank only has 3 stars. They don't even answer their phones. I went there WHILE I was calling and there was no other customer's there and they still did not answer. Lazy staff. I switched banks.
Rachel is the worst manager I have ever seen. She refuses to take my deposit and even tells me to go do a night deposit every time I go to the drive-through she wants me to come inside and do a deposit and this was funny when she said that I cannot do deposit from drive-through because it’s gonna get stuck because . Every time I go to the bank I have to wait From 20 /30 minutes
