Le pire hôtel que j’aie jamais vu. On m’a dit que je n’avais pas de réservation sans explication. Alors que ma réservation était bien active et déjà payé. Aucune solution ne m’a été proposée et je n’ai reçu aucune excuse. Dans un premier temps, ils ont même refusé de me fournir un document attestant de la situation. J’ai dû insister pour obtenir, au final, un simple bout de papier déchiré sur lequel était écrit à la main : «l’hôtel n’a pas reçu votre réservation». Refused service even with reservations due to overbooking. What are we in the 90s?

Very sketchy. Hotel had a deal through booking.com so we booked. It was difficult to find as there is no signage with the name studio 6. we showed up and they did not have our reservation and were supposedly sold out despite vacancy signs. The property has also renamed itself to flower suites or something similar. It is marketed as an extended stay hotel, but i wouldn’t stay longer than ten minutes. Especially as a woman.
