I've been going here since I was a kid. Never had a bad experience. You can't please some of these people if they brought out a golden spoon and fed them. Prices and the gratuity policy is written right on the menu when you order. Don't go to a nice restaurant and complain about the price. Go to McDonalds where you don't risk anything. Geez
We enjoyed the food very much. Great salad bar and our server Caleb was fantastic??
Never eating here again, this place is nothing like it used to be. Sad that management and staff aren't mature enough to admit they screwed up but instead blames the customer for something that wasn't their fault. Read the reviews before ever walking in this place, it will save you a huge headache.
WARNING: watch your account if you pay with card. pay with cash if you eat here. charged a 20.00 tip on my sisters bill along with a cheesecake she didn't order. added all of our bill together without explaining what was what. my mother and father ordered the same thing as me and my husband.. our bill was more. the person who seated us was so rude when we didn't have a reservation. the whole restaurant was empty. had to ask for bread, sauces, and for items on the salad bar. i will not be going back!
Terrible Sunday lunch experience there today. MIA waitress. Poor quality steaks. Argumentative manager. Will not be back.
