I lived in a ~950 sq. ft. 2nd-floor unit from June 2024 to June 2025. While marketed as a 1-bedroom, there is no physical wall or partition separating the sleeping area from the main living space, so it functions as a large studio. Overall, I had a great experience and would have renewed my lease if I hadn't relocated for work. Price is okay but the building is in very bad community. You have to keep an eye on every package or delivery at the gate otherwise it may be stolen by any pedestrian passing by. I have lost several in just one year. Will have to leave when the lease ends.
Secure bldg, spacious living place, prompt maintenance 24hrs. Great area minutes from downtown
Multiple issues with apartment , like broken garage entries, and doors that do not work properly. Issue of safety at times. Multiple complaints to management with slow response times.
