Diane was super friendly, professional, and understanding. I got a pendant Lazered on to a chain with an o ring. It was done within a day and only ran me around $20. Terena does precise work and craftsmanship is great. I would highly recommend these folks for any custom sizing or repair work! I plan to be a return customer after having such an exquisite experience :)
