Awesome experience! Wanted something special for my oldest granddaughter to celebrate her graduation from University. Popped in to see if they had a Bumblebee pendant and chain along with a couple of initials (hers and mine). Settled on just the Bumblebee pendant as none of the initials looked quite right, after a great deal of discussion and a lot of back and forth on my part. So incredibly happy with the service. Took a few items in for fixing and they went above and beyond. Haven’t been able to wear my engagement ring in quite a while as the stone came out. They fixed. Resized another ring and now my set is again complete. They also resized my husbands puzzle ring, which we were previously told couldn’t be done. It is perfect. From the greeting when we first arrived, to the help and advice we got, everything was awesome. And, of course, had to buy some more bling. 😄
