Short story: Their customer service and return policies are unbeatable and their prices are excellent! Long story: At another local jeweler I was not happy with a custom design, but I was stuck with that piece of jewelry because that jeweler didn’t accept returns on custom work. I was nervous to go down that path again, but when I came to Fifth Avenue Designs Michelle assured me that their return policy made the process risk free. Very great and helpful staff. My fiancé described what he was wanting for my engagement ring over the phone and Larry made it all possible. We live two and a half hours away and they were very flexible with us when we were ordering, picking up and everything in between.
