I was there on 01 04 19 For the verry first time Looking to do an oil change on my semi truck As i started walking towards the shop to ask one of the employees a question , (White tall , bold guy early 40's ) He saw me coming towards him as then he started walking the opposite way as he turned his back on me , he started yelling go to the office ,and i said where is the office ? in other words he was talking over me , then i started walking arround i asked this other employee(asian, older ,short guy) He yelled at me don't you see the signs? Read the signs he yelled after that I walked inside the office and i did not know if i should bring to the attention of the management the other employee's Poor customer service attitude I decided not to tell the office people what happened, cuz obviously they allow their employee's to treat new customers like that (It was two employee's that were careless about seeing a new customer walking in) If you are a new customer trying to go there Good luck You gonna need it
