We have a travel trailer and had several small items we needed to do repairs. We went to 2 other RV parts departments that didn’t know what we were asking for and didn’t have any of what we were looking for. We went to Fife RV Center and talked to Joe on parts. Not only did he know exactly what we needed he had everything in stock we were looking for. Prices we competitive to online prices and he was the best. Next time we need anything we will definitively go back. Professional and knowledgeable! 5 star all day long!!
Our family had come up on Friday to JBLM for the air show, after parking our 06 Alfa motor home I did my normal walk around and found a large wire bundle connector had broken off of one of the coach battery terminals. It was late Friday so looking on line I found only two RV service depts. open on Sat.. My wife and I were looking for a motorcoach to do some traveling and possibly live in for a few years. We came into Fife RV to look at their used units (thinking that's all we could afford). Armando showed us many new units and spent several hours answering our questions, he was very knowledgeable about the motorcoaches. Pleasurable staff and great service. I think that from my several dealings with them, they have been honest and sincere in all aspects of our purchase and service. I know that they have completely replaced all management and it shows. I am very pleased at my experience and will highly recommend them.
